    Intercultural therapy for Couples

    Ramsahai Wellbeing offers psychotherapy, life coaching, and mentoring services in the heart of London, near Oxford Circus in Marylebone, Fitzrovia and Camden & Islington.

    Intercultural Therapy for Individuals

    At Ramsahai Wellbeing, we also work extensively with individual clients from diverse, international and multicultural backgrounds and cover a wide range of issues.

    Spiritual Counselling

    Spirituality entails that you recognise a sense of feeling or belief there is something greater than yourself, something much bigger than just your human sensory experience or physical experience that is guiding you.

    Existential Therapy

    Existential therapy looks to explore distress and mental struggle from a philosophical perspective where emotional and psychological difficulties are viewed as an inner conflict caused by an individual’s confrontation with the ‘givens’ of existence.

    Life Coaching

    Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past traumas or mental health issues, life coaching is future-oriented, concentrating on where a person is now and would like to be.

    Career Coaching

    Our career counselling service at our practice near Oxford Circus, London, is designed to help you discover and identify the best way to move forward, helping you work through any confusion or frustration that can come with career changes.

    Dating/Relationship Coaching

    We help you to understand yourself and your partner, finding a way through conflict, and discovering new levels of common ground. Our therapists are highly experienced in working with the individual and the couple in a holistic and compassionate manner.

    Mentorship

    Our mentoring service is rooted in personal Development & growth, spanning three decades. This is very personal and subjective to each individual, as we are unique beings seeking unique ways to further ourselves in body, mind and soul.

    Addictions

    At Ramsahai Wellbeing, we work with international, diverse and multicultural individuals seeking help with addiction(s). Sharing your concerns and struggles with a professional is often your first port of call to start your journey to recovery.
